No. The initial diagnostic, based on your intake form, is free and without
obligation. Payment only happens once you agree to start building your file.
What happens if my application is refused?
We review the reasons for the decision with you and look at the options available.
The terms of any further support are communicated clearly on a case-by-case basis.
Can I pay in instalments?
A payment plan may be offered depending on the stage of the process. This is
discussed with your advisor during your first conversation.
How does payment of the €700 work?
Payment happens after the free diagnostic, once you have agreed to start building
your file. It can be made online, by card.
Are the official visa fees included in the €700?
Yes, the official visa fees applicable to your application are included in the
package, within the terms specified when you order. Sworn translation or document
legalisation fees remain your responsibility.
Can I cancel during the process?
Yes, you remain free to do so at any time. The terms of any cancellation during the
process are specified before payment, so you can commit with full knowledge.
Does the advisor communicate directly with the Thai administration if needed?
Your advisor supports you in preparing your file and booking appointments, but
filing and communicating with the administration usually has to be done by the
applicant themselves, depending on current procedures. We guide you at every step
to keep it simple.
